‘Waste To Riches’ Valentines Feast
This Valentines Day at Poco on Broadway Market, Hackney we’re hosting the ultimate chocolate experience. Our head chef Ed Simpson has teamed up with 4 times ‘Britains Best Chocolatier’, Culinary Olympic gold medal winner and Master of the Culinary Arts William Curley for a decadent and indulgent chocolate feast.
‘Waste to Riches’ highlights the fact that, following our root to fruit ethos, the feast will have a focus on utilising every aspect of the chocolate that William so carefully selects. Every element of every ingredient we use at Poco is respected and valued so you’ll often find comonly wasted products like skins and root greens incorporated in to dishes. Ed and William will be presenting each dish to give you a real sense of why each ingredient is the best in the world and how we’ve avoided waste in handling them.
Guests will be served a set menu featuring a variety of dishes marrying our dinstinctive Poco flavours to some of Williams favourite chocolate and will conclude with a several of Curleys signature desserts.

Introduced by Poco Head Chef Edward Simpson in collaboration with 4 times ‘Britains Best Chocolatier’, William Curley. A luxurious chocolate themed feast utilising our root to fruit ethos and showcasing a range of Williams finest chocolates.
