Beyond a passion for ingredient led cooking and seasonal produce we’re looking for someone with experience as a Chef De Partie, diligent and organised.

This role has a lot of scope for developing your skill set and learning some managerial aspects of a restaurant’s operation as well as being trained in our waste free ‘Root to Fruit’ approach to food.
