Our bar menu tells the story of the changing seasons and the abundance of the local hedgerows. Our natural cocktails combine foraged elements with British spirits, are sweetened naturally and acidity comes from our only imported fresh ingredient – organic Sicilian lemons.

Virtually all our spirits are from artisan British producers. we only use a handful of imported spirits, organic and fairtrade Rum, Cachasa and Amaretto and those are selected for impeccable ethics and quality.

Our bottle fridge showcases the best of local micro brewing, cider pressing and wine making, including our own Elderflower Saisson made in collaboration with our friends at the Wiper & True brewery.
